How is this different from simple design services?
With our General Contractor service we don’t stop at design: we also coordinate the site, teams, supplies and installation, overseeing timing, quality and progress. This gives you one point of contact through to final handover.
Do you work only in Ostuni or also outside the area?
We are based in Ostuni, but we manage projects across Italy and abroad. Depending on the scope, timing and logistics, we define the best working method (site visits, coordination and supply management) to guarantee the same quality standard.
Can I choose some contractors or craftsmen myself?
Yes. We can integrate professionals you trust, or suggest selected contractors and craftsmen. The goal remains the same: one coordination lead, compatible workflows and consistent quality.
How does the quotation work and what does it depend on?
After an initial call (and, if needed, a site visit) we define needs, priorities and finish level. Costs depend on: size, current condition, required works, systems, chosen materials and timeline. Once selections are defined, we formalise a clearer scope with specifications and cost items.
What happens if unexpected issues arise on site?
We handle them methodically: we inform you immediately, propose alternatives and assess the impact on timeline and budget. Any variation is shared and approved before proceeding, to avoid surprises.
Can I purchase materials through your showroom?
Yes. We guide you through materials and finishes (floors, wall coverings, bathrooms, lighting and more) and coordinate orders, deliveries and installation according to the schedule.
How long does a renovation usually take?
It depends on size and scope, but the duration is defined with a schedule: phases, deadlines and material delivery times. In general, the clearer the selections are before starting, the smoother the site runs.
Do you also handle only part of the process?
Yes. We can support single activities (design, materials selection, site direction/coordination, supplies). However, if your goal is to reduce complexity and timelines, the turnkey path is the most effective solution.
What is the first step to get started?
The first step is an initial brief (by phone or video call) to understand goals, timing, indicative budget and the current state of the property. If needed, we arrange a site visit and propose an operational plan with priorities, timing and next steps.
